Key Collection !

A throwback to 2015.

If you had follow me on instagram,  you will know that i had collected my key on November 2015.

If you are a first timer, there's a few things you need to remember.

Things to bring:

1) Identification card

2) Marriage Certificate

3) Payslip/Company Letter/Latest CPF Statement.

Procedure:

1. Arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour earlier to get a queue at Level 2 Counter to settle your Fire Insurance. Fire Insurance is about $5.50 (Cash or NETS only).

2. Proceed to  Level 5 to scan the letter for key collection queue ticket. 

3. Once the documents are signed, they will ask you to proceed to Level 3 to pay for the conservancy fee. It will cost about $55.50 (Cash or NETS only). After that, you will need to return to him/her to collect your keys together with all the relevant documents. 

4. Next, proceed to SP services to turn the utilities on. But if your renovation not yet starting, you may choose to postpone it first. 

5. And you are done ! 

Do stay tune if you would like to see the outcome of our renovation. It will be a simple renovation, as we plan to make it more atas for our next house instead. Saving for our wedding now !
